Before you begin

To access your account, the person you invite must have an Apple ID that has not been used before to sign up in Cider.ai.

Instruction

1. Head to Account and Users -> Users and click “Invite User"

2. Copy an invitation link and share with your teammate. One invitation is valid for one user.

3. Click on the "OK" button.

After the invitee sign up you will be able to set up access level.

4. Head to Account and Users -> Users and click user name
5. Select the accounts or campaign groups and access you want to grant the user and then click on the “Save" button.

Important Notes:
You have 6 options to grant access to users:

1. Account Admin - This option grants Read & Write access to all campaign groups within the account and allow to create of new users for all campaign groups within the account
2. Campaign group Admin - This option grants Read & Write access to a specific campaign group and allow to create of new users for this one
3. Account Read and Write - This option grants Read & Write access to all campaign groups within the account.
4. Campaign group Read and Write - This option grants Read & Write access to a specific campaign group
5. Account Read only - This option grants Read only access to all campaign groups within the account
6. Campaign group Read only - This option grants Read only access to a specific campaign group
